How you choose depends on the type of revenue that will be used in. The best way to prepare is to boiling water. You use part of quinoa in two parts water. Rinse quinoa under running water to remove any coating of the seeds.

You may need to add a little liquid, because the quinoa absorbs a lot of moisture in the recipe. Bread Based Products –

(And don’t over-indulge once you return back to your former foods.) To put it plainly, consume one good meal of protein a day, and eat as many vegetables per day as you are able to manage. I highly suggest that you write down a nice big list of vegetables to buy – especially for the first 4 weeks of this diet. You really can’t have enough vegetables. Another tip – Eat your vegetables uncooked. This is because vital goodness is actually lost when you cook vegetables.
- Garlic – No matter whether you don’t like the smell of garlics. If you have yeast infection, you require them. Period. The side effect of bad breath is a hindrance for some but they do go well with soup – myself, I think chicken is the best for yeast infection.
- Onions – Onions are so versatile, you can introduce them to nearly any meal in one shape or another. This means it’s hard to get fed up with them!
Herbs –
I think everybody should have a herb garden myself. They are fun to grow, fun to eat and most definitely good for you.
- Basil – Basil is cheap and great for candidiasis – it’s antifungal
- Cumin – One other popular herb that is effective in fighting off yeast infection.
- Oregano – These leaves are used to season foods and add a sharp punch to your meal.
Meat –
This comprises fish and poultry. If the meat you get has ‘additives’ it may do more harm than good so invest a little extra to counterbalance for your weaker immune system.
